As the World Turns

The season has changed and the clock has been turned back. It's now dark when I come home from work and it's usually cold in our apartment because I'm the first one home.

As you know, we moved a couple of months back. I really like the neighborhood we live it. It's leafy and quite, yet really close to everything (city, train, grocery, video store-- all the essentials). The apartment is just off the river and the Capital City Trail.

John spent almost two weeks in Austria a few weeks ago; I've obviously had no luck getting him to contribute a posting. I'm still at RMIT. I actually really like this job. It's challenging and there is always something new to work on.

The Queen's birthday is coming up so we'll have a long weekend off. We are planning a trip into the Victorian high country (think the Man from Snowy River). It's the opening weekend of ski season and if there's enough snow on the ground I think we'll give it a go.

Other than that, not much is going on. Hope everyone is well. Feel free to drop us a line and let us know what's happening.
