Yesterday John and I went and toured around the city center, including a walk around Federation Square and a stroll along the southbank of the Yarra River.
We also went on a self-guided tour of the Old Melbourne Gaol. It's the prison where Ned Kelly and others were imprisoned and put to death. It was actually way more interesting that I thought it would be. Coincidentally, the picture of John below could double as a photo of our new place!
We also went to Skydeck 88 on top of the Eureka Tower. It is the highest public vantage point in the southern hemisphere and has the fastest elevators too. It is over 980 feet tall and was actually built to sway in gale force winds. The yellow building, below, is the Flinders Street train station. Check it out from the Skydeck!

Hello Tourists.. The photos and explanations really make us feel like we are sharing this journey with the two of you. Can't wait to see the next adventure. You both look great and still have that American tourist appearance (for the moment) but predict that will change over time. We are really proud of all that you have accomplished in such a short time. Good luck with your move on Tuesday.
Love you both,
Momthree
