*Burrito. Hawaiian style.
So we've obviously had some trouble keeping up with the blog. Lots has happened since the last post two months ago-- we took a vacation to Hawaii to meet up with John's family. What a credit to the U.S.! John and I spent three days in Maui, then met up with the fam for a week in Kauai, then John and I spent three days recuperating on Oahu. We packed a lot of activity into the seven days we were all together...

It was a truly wonderful trip.

When I woke this morning, something led me to check the blog. And what a nice suprise! As I write this message, I sit here smiling thinking of you two and all the adventures and challenges you have had in one year. You could probably write a best selller on your experiences "Down Under" !! Congratulations on your one year anniversary, my prayers are that the next two years OR LESS will be more exciting with fewer challenges.
Even though the weather was dreary, it appears not to have discouraged the crowd from the concert. Hope lots of money was made to help with all the destruction from the fire.
Last but not least , I am glad you have had company from the cat. Cute kitty but bet it has been demanding kind of like a small child. You know I love you both and am just making a comparison about the cat with no hidden meaning intended@!*****
Probably should stop that thought and end this note.
Have fun moving and fixing your new home. Your Dad and I hope to visit once before you come home.
